Terms of Use
1. The app
Captipop is provided “as is”. Captions are generated by speech recognition and may contain mistakes; check them before you publish. Results depend on your phone's hardware and how it is used; do not rely on them where errors could cause harm or loss.
2. Captipop Pro
Pro is offered as a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. AI credits
Captions use AI credits (about one credit per started minute of video). Free credits are topped up daily, can be earned with rewarded ads, and extra credit packs can be bought in the app; credits are returned automatically if a job fails. Credit packs are consumable and not refundable once used, except where the law or Google Play policy requires.
3a. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro style temporarily or add AI credits; nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services, and only add captions to videos you have the right to use.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
