Data on your phone

Your videos, caption projects and exports are stored only on your device. Delete items inside the app, or uninstall the app (or Android Settings → Apps → Captipop → Storage → Clear storage) to remove all of it at once.

Audio sent for captions

The compressed audio and text sent to our AI server to create captions are deleted after processing. We only keep a credit-usage log tied to a random anonymous identifier (no name, no email). To have that log deleted, email us as described below.

Analytics data

Analytics is pseudonymous and tied to an app-instance identifier, not to your name or email. To request deletion, email ryantruong.2512@gmail.com with the subject “Captipop data deletion”; we answer within 30 days. Analytics data is otherwise deleted automatically after 14 months.

Purchases

Purchase records are kept by Google Play; manage them in your Google account.
